This was for the wedding of Kendall and Austin last weekend. It was HUGE and you don't even want to know how many pounds of butter, sugar and cream went into it, it weighed a ton!! Anyway, the cakes were yellow butter cake with raspberry chambord, lemon and vanilla buttercreams and triple chocolate cake with bavarian creme and chocolate hazelnut buttercream. Covered in pale yellow fondant and lots and lots of hand rolled and veined hydrangea blossoms.

Kendall and Austin's Cake
This was for the wedding of Kendall and Austin last weekend. It was HUGE and you don't even want to know how many pounds of butter, sugar and cream went into it, it weighed a ton!! This cake was done for my daughter's wedding. It was beautiful. The comment I received from friends sitting near the cake was that it smelled wonderful. There was no doubt of it's freshness. The aroma coming off the cake was enticing and they were anxious to indulge. It was delicious and of course I tried every flavor!
